Bio: Not much is known about this mysterious person, he is short, looks young, but has a large amount of knowledge, along with an attitude of an elderly man. His abilities are his psychic powers that he earned from his vast knowledge. He manifests this power, along with his more bombastic and sarcastic self into a floating, hat obsessed skull nick named Logo. He uses Logo as a shield, a weapon, and on rare occasions, to float. While he roams the city in an ominous manner, he still helps and looks after the boys and other members of the Savior Saints. The main reason he looks so young is his condition of Systemic Hypoplasia. Which stops a body growing in age with the exception of certain parts.
